Ticket Specifications & Governing Rules
This document serves as a booking reference rather than an E-ticket; please consult your itinerary for detailed flight schedules. All fare rules are dictated by the operating air carriers, and airline regulations take precedence over any agency terms. All listed rates and service charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Date & Time Adjustments
Schedule modifications are permitted subject to carrier and agency rules. Requests to change the date or time of your flight incur an Airline fee of AUD $200.00 per person and a Signature Holidays service fee of AUD $60.00 per person, along with any differences in fare or taxes at the time of rebooking.
Ticket Reissuance & Rerouting
Reissuing or changing the route on a ticket is allowed with carrier approval. Such requests carry an Airline fee of AUD $200.00 per person, a Signature Holidays service fee of AUD $60.00 per person, and any applicable increases in airfare or government taxes.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Pre-Departure Cancellation: Cancellations submitted prior to departure are allowed and incur an Airline cancellation fee of AUD $390.00 per person plus a Signature Holidays service fee of AUD $120.00 per person.
Post-Departure Cancellation: No refunds are available once travel has begun or after the initial flight departure.
Non-Refundable & Non-Changeable Tickets
Certain promotional fares, instant-purchase tickets, and tickets issued on Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable. For these specific ticket types, no date changes, rerouting, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances, and all paid amounts are completely non-refundable once issued.
Identity & Document Verification
The names listed on all travel arrangements must strictly match your valid passport. Passengers are responsible for verifying all names, dates, routes, and personal information before tickets are finalized.
